Welcome to Body Benefits by Tave! My name is Tave Jackson, and I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, happier lives.

With six years of experience in the fitness industry, it started just before I earned my IFBB pro card in 2017, making me the first and only physique pro from Wyoming. I have had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life – from beginners taking their first steps towards a healthier lifestyle to seasoned athletes striving for peak performance. My mission is to provide personalized training programs that are tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.
